no. they are very strong or OP. and in some high/endgame content 100% needed.

They aren't useless but I wouldn't recommend one as a first char; you will want something that can kill things for money so you can buy premium and do the necessary silver farming for end game.

Also the full supports are not typically heal slaves, the "real" full support characters that are actually useful are Krivis 3 which extends buff durations and Chrono 3 which reduces CDs and increases move speed.

Sapper Falconer 3 is good but I don't like Sapper 3. 2 is enough so you can mix in Scout c1, Ranger c1, Rogue c1, A3 and etc.

Money is not directly refunded from attributes. You get refunded in the form of "attribute currency" (at 1:1000 silver) which is stuck on that specific alt. Which is fine if you reset to another build in the same class tree.

Nope, it's just for gimmicky int builds. Priests don't really get enough points to make use of it imo.

He's probably a chaplain. all it takes is lv 1 exorcism to turn it into Magnus Exorcismus.

It's matk, int contributes but...SPR chaplain can do fine with it. It ticks blessing so SPR contributes to the damage too. Matk will come more from your weapon than anything else (except if you're a high int sprless priest going pd or something). If you're a SPR memeplain on't worry about int and Blessing SPR scaling will contribute to ~anything you do~ including ME.
