I really like this idea for a more wholesome CC. I'm not a christians but I would join and follow that CC's rules that way I could leave behind the mess the osg CC has become. You christians are really cool now that I've spent sometime around them.

imo you should just set a long term goal of getting a quest cape. the quest requirements give good training goals and the quests themselves break up the monotony, give you experience, and unlock shit
