Monster Hunter isn't fun anymore. I seriously miss grinding Black Diablos for Hardhorns back in 3U, and that was an awful time but at least it was only ~10 minutes of awful time per hunt instead of 30 fucking minutes of awful time per hunt.

MHP3rd HD runs on the PSP emulator on PS3. It's not a native PS3 game. It's labelled as a "PSP Remaster" game. This is the reason why the game wasn't able to be localized. It's still funny how much it sold.

I liked grinding for Zenith L's desu.

Use a thunder weapon, aim for the chest when enraged, the head when he's not.
Don't bother with any kind of tainted meat, hyper Joe doesn't eat.

What weapon do you use?

You roll directly towards his belly, stay underneath it at all costs. Packing E+1/EE for this task does wonders for Guild/Striker, but Adept and Brave work if you run at him the same way.

It was admittedly my first run. The chachacha dance wastes time because I'm luck fucking run. Carted once to That I think, once to a mis-timing with regular breath and the last one was odd. It did the body slam and carted me from like 80% hp and all other times it did this it did bugger all.

I guess I need to upgrade my thunder ls more. It's outshined a bit by the mantis one currently.

I'm trying to brave ls him. I adept dbs the HR one, but they're way too weak currently to be able to do the G one.

I guess I just wasn't underneath enough. I found myself wasting a lot of time running around and now that you mention it, the best part of that try was when I was under it for a decent amount of time. Yeah, brave ls. The hyper speed changes fucks me up as well as the dancing meme.

I wish. Savage Deviljho's SA has the coolest sword mode in the game but if you're using that weapon at all it has to be in axe mode or it's useless. It would be nice to seriously be able to use it for once.

I really like the furious Rajang LS used to use it when I had the cancerking set.

It looks good, has no proper sheathe that stays on your back because it's more of a polearm than a LS, and has a great bell like sound when you pull it out.
Being able to use it via transmog would be great.
