Both are great. I feel like bloodborne has a bit better presentation and that's why it's more memorable while nioh has some upcoming DLC that might improve some things. I'd go with bloodborne right now and do nioh afterwards, maybe once the DLC is out.

You can romance every girl from 8->9, if I remember correctly taes event is in a park where she introduces you to her colleague who's in charge of the girl now and then you can tell her that you helped her because you love her.

Nioh is kinda short compared to the other two.

I have beaten both, I'd say get P5 first, that game is more popular and you'll have more stuff to talk about.
GR2, at least for me, is the same or better than the first one, the ending got me crying like a little girl too, just mind that it has some faults just like the first one, but the overall experience was great, however, it's super niche and there are not a lot of people that know about it.
