No the spiders in DaS2 were some weird half assed spider men made by Aldia. Slugs seem closer to the Leeches in Blighttown desu, the ones that drop green large shards for some reason.

What soul level should I be trying to fight the abyss watchers at? Because the last thing I beat was a tree and I feel like this 3v1 fight is way too strong. the knights are agressive, and between their long attack strings and there being multiple blocking and dodging are equally ineffective. I just get stuck staggering around until I die.
