His healing argument is awful. I think that finding things like extra estus/bone shards in the world feel great compared to buying 99 life gems from the hag. Being rewarded for exploration is way better.

All magic comes from the same source and is bound by the same laws and style, so it feels very cohesive. Even among the different schools, theyre all very distinct. It isnt just fire, it isnt just lightning, it isnt just... soul power. They all have a good identity.

Only certain weapons benefit from poise. And you may be staggered with one of them if you get hit by something that breaks your poise value.

So say you have 30 poise and are two handing a Greatsword, you can poise through some katana man easy but a greathammer will stagger you.
