Craft epic cards first to fill out your deck. At that level it's more about how you pilot your deck compared to what's in them. I still used Geralt and a 10 str silver to ladder in the beginning.

Strange, when I got to level 10 I went to rank 10 easily.
Maybe I got lucky with my kegs. Just play the deck where you have the most golds and silvers and craft the bronzes.

She only works in QG decks.
Now, you have to think, how can you make QG decks work?

Easy peasy, don't play against Monsters, since they'll eat/steal your GY, don't play against NG, cause they Vicovaro medics will eat you alive and don't play against NR, since they can overpower you easily and get a 2-0 on you.

The rest is incredibly easy.
IMO, a QG deck destroys any ST deck, since they don't have enough removal and they can't put more points than you in the game.

For the 3rd time today the game has said "Error establishing link with both players" while in the middle of the first round.
And all 3 times it's resulted in "Defeat -50 ranking points"
whereas im only getting 37 a win

Game has been really unstable since the positioning patch for me. The ambush bug is really dumb too.

I've read about that before, but encountered it for the first time yesterday. Is it a bug for both players or an exploit done by the other?
I was in an NR mirror and his Field Medic revived a facedown card which triggered the error.

It really seems like an exploit by the other, based on the cards on the field when it triggers

I've had it happen with SK, Monsters, and NR. That's a pretty big exploit if all those factions can trigger it.

Why does every monster consume deck includes 1-2 Griffin?

I get that it is used to steal some high value target from opponents graveyard but Ghouls/Katakan/Caretaker already does that and it is extremely situational since not every deck you're playing against has something worth using it on. I'm I missing something here?

It counters tripple scorch ST and harald SK hard. Also it is a very high value bronze.

7 strength bronze is decent value. Plus it can steal scorch.

You can cripple ST Scorch and every deck that relies on reviving certain units with it.

Got a pack with Ciri and Fire Elemental as options. I don't really play monsters, and I know Ciri is an account level reward (18 I think?) but since progress is going to be reset when we go open beta/live (By the way, does anyone know if open beta will carry over into live? I know there's a reset coming but I wasn't sure when exactly) and I actually could use Ciri right now at level 10 I'm thinking Ciri.

That is too bad. I got wrecked against a mill ng deck and I thought that was the coolest shit ever. It obviously doesn't do so well against decks that don't have a lot of thinning.

Holy shit renew is awesome. They never see the second Yencon coming right after they passed turn one. I am truly marveled by how much influence small strategic decisions have in Gwent. Fuck control ST, seriously.

Round 1 : he play fake Ciri , I counter with Decoy.
Ciri gives me 13 strenght swing.

Round 3 : I use shani in to Fake Ciri.

I think he removed the card from his Deck after that game.

Philippa is legit now.

The whole Towers > Philippa > Promote to buff and protect > Draw a card is really, really good.

I think Dijkstra is the biggest meme on NR right now.
Renew is shit and should be changed.

Renew needs a rework. One could argue ''Revive a non-permadeath golden or silver card from your graveyard'', but that is too general. Don't think you can go around giving a resurrect to every faction

Mill NG is funny to watch, so, so bad...
Once you understand that your opponent is trying to make you run out of cards you can use that against him.

They could be not good now, but both can enable a strategy based on a single gold card in your Deck.

How the fuck do you ladder as niilf? No matter what deck I make I can't find anything that works on ladder.

What's the value of menno over other golds? I don't know how I feel about it in any NG deck.
