The one with Steering/Prop survivability/repair times, which means you aren't giving up much to use it.
It's certainly a good one to get if you want one of the mods, it's the most useful in general.

Giving out the Hood is more likely, and I'd still call that highly improbable. But the Hood is in a similar situation to the Graf Spee where people were hyped up and then became disappointed in its stats.

Fast track to tier 6 is one thing, but they've got to be aware that Bismarck is already one of the most played ships in the game and for good reason. I doubt they want to draw attention to that by flooding tier 8 with the usual suspects.

I don't know, Hood didn't seem too bad to me, and it's certainly more hyped than Graf Spee.
Prinz on the other hand is probably one of the least popular premiums (and the one with the most absurd pricetag) among Krasny Kreme, but it's a tier 8 premium and makes a lot of money so it's indeed unlikely they will gift her.
