I'm at 15 gem today without a single book. I've also gemmed every fucking day since the fn is here, had multiple lvl up and meat in snails. I have 210 stamina.
All of that gave me only 2, two, dos, due, dois, ni, deux fucking books. 2 books out of 300+ runs.

You know what? I was mixing it up with Lucci. With Akainu, it's better to fight him on the stage 11 (Thanks for Loving Me), which is why I tried to remember if there was a special case.

How is splitting up the skill up a problem? Pretty sure they do this on Japan. Its actually better. You can clear your box out now, and then after farming the clashes there will be another skill up on the way.

No, that's not how japan has it. Japan gets 2 day skillups but every month. We get 7 day skillups but every 2-3 months. This would also be a 7 day skillup but they decided to activate it just before the clash, deactivate it just as the clash starts so people have to farm more than they need and then activate it just as the clash ends.
There is literally no reason not to have it up during the clash except to assfuck the playerbase once again.

As someone else who had also been farming for Boa books since the FN came back, I gave up last night after getting 1 skillup after all the time and gems I spent this past week. I give up on Domino. Even if we have to wait 6+ months until New Years for Kimono Jinbe, I'm fucking waiting until that to max Boa, since it's a pretty good fortnight all around to gem for. I just hope I can get her skull this week.
