Another meta where the game is only playable for the 1 month before an expansion hits. The game is becoming less and less playable each expansion with how much power they're concentrating into single classes on expansion releases, instead of spreading power around. Only Storm Ramp has a positive winrate against them, and only because it is inflated, since all early to mid game losses (most losses of any Ramp deck) Storm Ramp gets are attributed to standard Ramp, since their opponents don't get to see the Storm followers. Ramp overall is at 51-52% if you add up the Storm Ramp and regular Ramp winrates.

Not him, but I don't remember anyone trying to defend Daria as hard as those retards are trying to defend Shadow. There was only the occasional A rank that played 3 matches with a shitty netdeck that used Flame Destroyers, bricked 2/3 games and came here scream that Daria sucks because it bricks 1300% of the time.

All you had to do was play the fucking game a week before DE hit to see the T1 deck Shadow had. Aggro Shadow was not only tier 1, it was the only viable aggro deck in standard. Storm Dragon was also top tier, but both Shadow and Dragon babs love crying and meming whenever that's brought up. Meanwhile, they refuse to let go of DE, the only time Haven was ever good (third best mind you) when it fucking had sub 5% play rate in standard and the worst winrate of any class to date.

Every single class other than Blood and Haven have been tier 1 oppressive cancer in this game. Unless you're a retard that counts the week 1 YURIUS IS BROKEN from RoB, and the banishcaust Shadowjews that think Haven wasn't objectively worse than midrange Sword and tempo Forest in DE, just because it had higher playrate.

Because Daria was the single dominant deck until Roach "OTK" showed up, there was no "worse deck" to point their fingers at. When Roach started spreading through ladder people shifted half of their attention to that deck, just how you see people here complaining about both Shadow and Dragon. Hell, you'd see people saying that Roach is the problem, not Daria, just because Daria had lower winrate compared to Roach.

They are both cancer, and not everyone who points out how bullshit Dragon is is a Shadowbab.

I just lost to it as aggro blood because they had mainyu. They do pretty badly anyway, but test of strength can win against aggro if they can't afford to waste resources and time destroying cards.

both personal experience and the win rates present there proves shadow has way more going for it than nut draw wins when dragon is the second played class by almost double the third.

AlbertCraft. Have storm? Play it. Ward? JEno it.
T5 and you have Albert? Evo him and go face. Atleast ungabats had you plan out using Vania and bat summons/yurius to to the most damage.

it's not even the one turn play that makes shadow combo disgusting, it's that shadow has literally everything else going for it before the combo.

dragon has to ramp like crazy just to do that on turn 6. is it bullshit? yeah. but I've killed far more dragons trying to ramp than shadow doing normal shadow things

I had double Aurelia double White Paladin turn 7 due to Gawain getting multiple swings in.
A single Eachtar cleared everything.

I had a turn 6 Alexander clear 7 skeletons all at once. Shadow refills instantly with death's breath followed by Eachtar.
