Not entirely. When black temple timewalking comes out, Demon Hunters can get an achievement for killing Illidan after you got the old warglaives. Rogues get dual Thunderfury (makes no sense), but DH gets the glaives like it should.
You can also mog those god awful MoP cloaks, but who the fuck even has the cloaks visible anyway?

So I currently have a ilvl 865 Gushing Wound (increases damage of Rupture) for my rogue which is the type of relic I want for Assassination spec. But I just got a ilvl 910 "Fade into the SHadows" (reduces cooldown of Cloak of Shadows) relic off a world boss and it gives +13 levels to my Artifact weapon.
The ilvl 910 relic is better, right?

it seems to be mostly DKs. the more brawls (maybe BGs?) you do, the more it goes up. it hasn't worked for me on my pally, but this DK gains like 3-5mil per run.
