the objective of dota is to destory the ancient, not to run up the score killing pudge

because letting heroes fountain dive with zero repercussions made dota skill based, punishing this has raise the skill floor and ceiling at the same time

the only legitimate point you have there is comeback gold, everything else is actually making skill more relevant.
With the exception of a couple stupid respawn timer talents and maybe the offlane shrine, none of the things you mentioned lower skillcap at all, not even stunbars.

i only had 4 stack in those games exactly once
