HF - Shirou spends more time with Sakura and a new scene where he can walk her home instead of Miss Fujimura (unlocked if you have completed UBW). Afterwards the story turns into an upside down version of the Fate route

Because hf and ilya route were going to be a separate game unlock at first, which represented the dark side of fate. Rin and saber are the happy bright side, sakura and ilya were far side routes.

It's the same as tsukihime near and far side routes, or extra near side and ccc being the far side. He does this shit every game. I can't wait for fgo2 to be far side of fgo somehow.
