How do you people even run into this many hackers? To date I've only run into one guy with infinite i-frames, and maybe someone noclipping into the sky to drop firebombs on me and the guy I was fighting (though that one could have easily been an Obscuring Ring purple free-aiming).

DaS3 is going to head towards it's pre-DLC state pretty quickly, i.e 5k~ players on PC. Where it goes from there and into the future now that it's done, who knows. I'd argue it's still going to be the most active just because it's the latest game. DaS1 and DaS2's PvP are both polarizing (for different reasons). I play all the games though, so idgaf.

You have damage softcaps on that weapon already, if you want to get more out of it pair it with strong spells or invest in VIT to poisetank with it.
40 int at least for the weapon, 60 if you want to do damage with spells. Can't you buy infinite repair powders with xanthous asses? Also, drop some str and dex. You might want to level to 80 if you want to pvp, or even 120
I'd reduce str to 16 and pump these 4 points on int to reach 40.
