Getting all the confidants should be easy on NG+.

You can force them to appear with a treasure trap thief tool, or just go around palaces smashing objects while security level is high. You have to crit most of them since they don't have weaknesses; they'll join as soon as you decide to talk. They usually have really good skills (one has all the dynes, another all the ma-dynes, another a bunch of passives including the auto-ma's) so they're good for fusion.

TTGL is a gateway anime of the worst kind. It's a bad series, a clusterfuck of story and characterization that isn't very well done by any aspect, but which attempts to compensate for its weaknesses by adding in excessive flashy action faggotry and YELLING. The normal user can see this as the shit it is, and may enjoy it, hate it or be indifferent to it, but all the while recognizing that the series itself, regardless of their opinion, is plain bad.

However, these very aspects that try to smear over the shit of its core make it a breeding ground for aspie, unsociable underage faggots who engage in every kind of faggotry both online and in the real world. The superpowered characters all trying their hardest to look cool, the whole shy protagonist who wins no matter what and everything about the retarded space battles fuels their escapist fantasies, while the shitty rap music, emphasis on rebelling, and overall preachiness of the series make it fit just right with the mary-sueish drives of your average preteen and his sense of unwarranted self-importance towards the world. Exactly the kind of shit that makes little kiddies and retards eat this shit right the fuck up.

TTGL is basically THE series to attract the most hated anime fanbase known to /a/, which is why, regardless of individual opinions, it is the responsibility of every user to troll the fuck out of this show and everyone who likes it, and ensure that no TTGL threads ever encourage the newfriends to show their faces here.

Treasure Demons have 3 purposes: fusing up/down in the arcana, like Elements did in Nocturne (ie turning Arsene into Obariyon), sacrificing for a large chunk of exp and/or the inheritance of one of their skills, and itemizing into fairly good accessories for that point of the game. You could also just kill them for a bunch of exp and money but that's usually not as relevant as their other uses.
Tower S. Link's Special is great for capping them, if Futaba doesn't Position Hack you.
