hm, the Red-Eyes Baby Dragon isn't so bad, you can just attack an opponent's monster to trigger its effect and its better than just summon a vanilla/gemini red-eyes from the deck.

You can't summon the alternative Buster Blader with Whelp, because it isn't called "Buster Blader" when it's in the hand, only on field and in grave.

Because :Buster Blader" isn't a Buster Blader while he's in the hand. Also you can olny use 1 effect per turn.

Its basically just Chaos Emperor Dragon with a different cost, no burn effect and not sending itself to the Graveyard
