What the fuck is up with the yellow tint on the character portraits?

It looks fine on my monitor, but when I tried playing on my TV most of the characters look like they have a yellow blush. It looks the same on my tablets screen and Vita to a lesser extent as well.

Whatever particular shade of colour the portraits are shaded with just looks fucked up on certain screens. I wanted to get comfy with P5 on my TV but had to move to my desk to use my monitor so I didn't have to deal with it.

Please tell me I'm not the only one who sees that shit.
