DB: Pilaf. The art direction was so dreamy. like Forbidden Planet. just can't be beat.
DBZ: Saiyan Saga. Goku vs Vegeta was just so good
GT: Shadow Dragons. all the flaws aside the idea that there was a karmic backlash if the dragonballs were used too much in a row for good or for evil was a cool idea
Super: Black. I feel like it's gonna be soon overtaken by tournament of power but for now, Black wins
Movie: this is a tough one. there's lots of nostalgia and headcanon that goes into movie approval. but I guess the bottom line is, if a friend came up and said lets watch X movie, then the one I would most look forward to rewatching would be Deadzone. that's what my gut says.

care to elaborate? I've always felt that ssj3 was in-universe too forced and unnatural, that it was warping the ssj transformation beyond what it was meant to do. which is why it caused physical defects like the loss of eyebrows and the cro-magnon forehead and bled energy worse than anything prior
