They're all bad. The only good part about that entire armor set across all games is 3's shoulder pieces. Reach's Scout might as well have been designed by 343.

What's wrong with the ghillie mesh? it's just an extra strap that goes over Mark V B and then has the mesh for the chest. The shoulders are just more bullets, and I don't think there's anything wrong with the helmet.

The helmet is the bad part.

There's nothing particularly bad about it, though. It's not great, but it doesn't really do anything wrong. So saying it might as well have been made by the people who made stuff like Marauder, Seeker, Fotus, or Decimator is a big leap in logic.
