it's also for invasions, not just 1v1. else most buffs wouldn't go past mid tier

CBV isn't a top tier spell. You'd have to be an idiot to get hit by it.

Hidden Body used to be SS+ tier before the recent patch and Chameleon is also very useful if you're crafty about it in invasions.

Is Endurance worth it? It feels like weapons either use fucking nothing of stamina, or the bigger ones use up all of it. Wondering if it's even worth it to level it, or simply equip a chloranty.

CBV isn't good for raw damage, the direct hitbox is small and the splash is relatively weak, but as a tool for shock and awe it's fantastic because very few people don't react to it with outright panic. It's visually impressive and almost guaranteed to hit with at least the splash from mid-range, which is all you need.
