I quit tera mid 2013 when that happened and everytime i come back to play and max a character i never do dungeons.
Just get to max level, the starter 65 gear, get bored and quit.

This is great, I play on off hours when it's hard to get a group going.

I mean, not right away, but real friendships can easily form out of that. Yea, if they're only your 'friend' so they can ask for erp and shit, then they aren't really. But looks mean a lot both irl and in vidya. If your character looks like a wreck, thats going to be peoples first impressions of you. Grind BAMs while in queue for dungeon. I found this to be most reliable.
