Event skin rates are definitely nerfed compared to Halloween drop rates. I was able to get all but one or 2 of the Halloween skins by playing...shit is looking bad here
I haven't counted how many boxes I got, but I think I gained like 15 levels and completed two sets of arcade weeklies + bunch of boxes from first time playing new modes, and I have widowmaker reinhardt torb and tracer uprising skins.

Overwatch's story is like Warframe's gameplay.

Why do so few people know how to play this game?
I'm seeing people with silver frames or 5 stars but they behave like it's their first day.
I mean the game's now almost a year old and people still don't know what the winning conditions are.
Some people play simple phone games that require barely any thought or input for 500 hours
