There is no such thing as anime mechanics, koihime is pretty much street fighter with high/low crush moves but it's still anime and so is jojos.

Jam has a nice voice that actually fits someone from China, Jack-O has an obnoxious squeaky voice that's awful to listen to. It's a shame because she actually sounds decent at times when she isn't going out of her way to sound so shit.

it's just horribly fucking balanced. all of the top characters are plain and simply broken with crazy damage stun and oki off every knockdown. the game is a god damn mess.

Honestly, I really prefer the English cast in most games these days

Crazy damage and stun comes from making medium and light pokes shit so everybody has to poke with heavies and risk jumpins.
Oki off knockdown comes from no crossup protection and no tickthrow protection in the year of our lord 2017.
These have nothing to do with balance.
