ETH has nearly bounced back from its bullrun the first week of january.
It's sitting at nearly 11 dollars and Vitalik is making an announcement at Singapore the 26th, the Chinese New Year starts the 28th, and ETH hash rate is at an ATH.
ETH may teeter-totter for a few days but I gurantee you before february ends it's going to be above $13
