You know that while law is supposed to be binary, it's really not in a huge chunk of cases? Which is why case law, and things like the supreme court, exist. You can have a binary definition of what a threat is and isn't, and then two parties arguing endlessly whether something actually meets that definition.

No, the law is made one way by the legislature. That law is enforced by the executive branch, or the police. The details of the incident, or infraction, are brought before the judicial branch. This is where it is decided whether or not what transpired is in violation of the law. Or in other words, if the action fits the definition as defined by the legislature. Their is an appeal process to decisions, hence you mention of the supreme court.

How do you use guns only on single fire? Why not just use a dedicated DMR for that? You're just gimping yourself. Yes, but muzzle brake is made for tapping but there's no reason to use it outside of DMRs.

The GSG9 P12 is above average for pistols, but the iron sight is mildly misaligned to the point where unless you're actively compensating for it, you're going to miss headshots at medium range.

I have a lot better results rapid fire tapping and pulling down than letting it go full auto, I can't into the recoil on the 552 while the ACOG is on, but it's useful

I also haven't had trouble using the ironsights, but the point is that it doesn't really help her shoot things through more than wooden barricades.

How does /r6g/ hold Armory/Archives?

Here's a fairly basic hold that requires minimal coordination; perfect for /r6g/.

The operators chosen for this strategy:
-Rook: for allowing for boo boos to happen
-Smoke: to keep montagne and friends out of Archives; could also rotate to stop plants in armory (especially since the castlecade covers the rotate)
-Castle: for the castlecade covering Smoke and Bandits rotate back to Armory and slowing down attackers attacking Offices and Archives
-Bandit: for slowing down attackers entering into Armory
-Jager: for guarding barbed wire and roaming

Defending team will have:
-7 pieces of barbed wire
-2 impact grenades
-1 deployable shield

Positioning:
-Rook could either sit in bunker (top left corner of Armory) or where his indicated in the image.
-Castle could sit were he is watching the long angle (nitro cells are marks for impact grenades).
-Castle and Rook could trade positions as Rook has the ACOG for the long angles
-Smoke will start in archives, but if pressure increases on Armory (and it is safe to rotate) Smoke will prevent rushes by three speeds through a destroyed reinforced wall
-Bandit can start against the wall that leads to the outside in Offices. He can get an angle on the door into Security. At some point, he should make his way to Pool/Fountain. His positioning covers Smoke's position in Archives and the site itself.
-Jaeger could start by holding Security and falling back into site. Or, if the enemy team brings a buck, he can hold/retake Ventilation to cover the batteries above. Jager should be holding off attackers where ever they are spotted.

Yes, absolutely, but if the law was 100% non-ambiguous, inflexible, or interpretation of the facts was not relevant, there would never in the history of the United States be a person charged for one of these degrees of murder, and found guilty of a higher or lower charge.

The fact "intent" is also a determining factor in whether or not something is a crime is ambiguous. The fact "beyond a reasonable doubt" is the measure in the US Legal system both on facts, and establishing intent, is ambiguous.

That's a good idea. I just had Rook go shield because I couldn't think of any uses for his impact grenades.

The original reason for the shield being where is is for moving from Bunker to inner-Armory safely.

Bandit tricking could be done. But with the introduction of Hibana, it's almost impossible to keep that wall solid.

If Bandit were to move to Armory, I would move Castle to where Bandit is marked on the map.

If Jager does not cover Ventilation room, Bandit can be fragged or Bucked from below. It's not very safe against someone doing this. While he is in control of his risk when in Pool/Fountain.

Glaz would have to burn time and he would most likely be covering a plant in Armory rather than standing in Security shooting open the hallway door. And if he's outside Archives he's just burning time anyways. Smoke can decide when to peek him and the castlecade is only meant to burn time anyways.

You could counter this hold many ways (thanks to the nature of BOMB):
One way:
-Take control of Security
-Open the wall that faces the door of Armory (you could have Ash or Glaz destroy the Castlecade)
-Have Glaz sit outside the window of Archives (he should setup to cover a plant with smokes plus thermal scope) This is tricky because Smoke will most likely be preventing a plant
-From there on Security should be focusing on cutting off Armory from Archives as the rest of the team pushes in Archives

Hibana opens the left objective with cheeky murder memes, to apply pressure. Glaz, and/or Fuze begins applying MASSIVE pressure on the Castlecades and memeing on defenders. Mandatory claymore covering the far right castlecade window.

Entry routes are in red arrows, best determined on pressure and relative success of the match up to that point (for example, if Hibana successfully clears her walls, she can open up to an entry point and apply pressure on that objective.

Once the defuser is planted, adequate defense will make it nearly impossible to destroy the defuser.

Since Hibana is a Mandatory team pick, and Glaz and/or Fuze are good picks right now, with Fuze being a good one for border in general as well, makes this also a good "default" teamcomp. You have flexibility in roles, as swapping out one or two operators doesn't drastically fuck this plan.

The reinforcements are:
Archives walls (4)
Armory wall (2)
Pool/Fountain (4)

I don't personally like shooting outside from box in Armory, but it's a valid strat.

You can take Office without burning a breaching a gadget. It's a waste if Office is lost without a gadget is not burned. If you reinforce Office wall you have to take reinforcements off Archive and that affects how Smoke sits in site and his over all mobility.
