They're around, but I don't think they stack as hard as the PC players. The few times we bump into them it's only one or two on the other team.

I find that stacks higher than like 3 people are pretty rare in general on Xbox. At least in the playlists that I search in.

Yeah, they tend to be more common in the live fire and ctf modes, but the att/bounty hunt/etc playlists have a much higher population of players too so it's a toss-up.

Other stacks are usually pretty shit anyway, but there have been a few tight games. Which are way more fun anyway.

It runs on a heavily-modded Source engine to the point where it's practically unrecognizable. But it does use Source as a base.

I've pretty much been playing Nitro CTF exclusively since it came out.

I play pvp because it's faster paced and stomping pilots in a ronin or something gets old.

They're both pretty cool and fun. Equally adept and gibbing pilots, LSTAR has the advantage of infinite ammo/never reload if you don't fuck it up, SMR has the advantage of being the best anti titan weapon around.

SMR is a click-clacking pilot gibbing machine and titan melter that's been fueling my constant erection since day 1
It's just incredibly satisfying to use and I hardly use anything else

LSTAR I feel is just a bit easier to use against pilots with bigger projectiles but the tradeoff is doing diddley dick to titans, but there's always secondaries

Just try both and use whatever tickles your pickle more, whether you like the idea of splattering pilots with plasma beach balls or a fully auto micro missile launcher is up to you

If titans are on the field, SMR. If not, L-Star.

SMR: slower fire rate, 20 shots by default, kills pilots in 2 hits, damages titans very quickly

LSTAR: faster fire rate, 40 shots by default, bigger projectiles, shots auto-regenerate when not shooting, kills in 3-5 shots, only damages titan crit spots (but does so very quickly and isnt terrible at it)
