The DLC patch nerfed the Quakestone WA and reduced its damage by about 50%. The full WA now does as much damage as a single hit used to. Its stamina cost wasn't improved along with the buff to every other ultra's stamina costs, so it still takes almost an entire 40END stamina bar to use but now does as much damage as a straightsword.

I beat that guy as a dragonsis with the dragonhead shield and demon scar.
