i tested it around and

Stick at it user, people are generally supportive and try their best, but the mix between an active sfw_channel and the dead ningen hours can mean it feels like stuff can be overlooked sometimes.

Something that you should know, Super Saiyan takes up an ultimate slot and Kaioken takes up a Super slot in XV1, they fix that in XV2

Aside from a few race exclusive skills, you can have any skill on any CaC. Transformations have their own slot
