Well AI is already trying to incorporate remnant technology into their own, they may or may not find a way to significantly boost their production capability. When it comes to population it's shouldn't really take long for humans to reproduce with enough resources provided.

Humanity has an edge on the other races in Andromeda anyways more versatile than the Turians, reproduce faster than the Asari, Salarian limit their own reproduction and not as stupid or sterilized as the Krogan

There are 4 Arks, each exclusively populated by one species, leaving 20,000 mixed people on the Nexus. The datapad in Spender's room notes that only 1,200 krogan came to Andromeda, so they don't make a big dent either way. Assuming the Nexus population was divided evenly, there'd be ~25,000 each of asari, turians, salarians, and humans, plus 1,200 krogan.

Half of those should've be been roekarr. The rest, mostly humans, since turians/salarians/asari/krogan are never basic grunts in Outlaw bands, just specialists (Anarchists, Agents, Pariahs, and Berserkers). Other major events would be those 5,000 pods from the turian Ark getting jettisoned, and thousands of people becoming exiles from the Nexus in the first place. It still seems like there are way too many outlaws in the game; at the least they shouldn't be infinitely responding enemies on planets, only the Kett, Remnants, and Roekarr should do that.

Its a gameplay thing if you only had 500 possible outlaws to kill off they would run out quickly.

Sure but Ryder just saved the day with his SAM and there are 3 more pathfinders all equipped with their own AIs. Also public opinion will probably learn about that kett empire and realise there is no other way.
