The last one is the one that intrigues me the most. In the stream they said the event was very text heavy and compared its length to the 5th Order America. In the news page we can see the main story goes up to Act IV and that main quest are unlocked every day, but will that be enough to match America's length? There could be some extra acts they don't want to reveal just yet. Also Act IV opens on May 6, but the last batch of quest and missions don't unlock until May 10. If they release Kiara on May 6 or 10 it'll be almost halfway through the event so people will still have enough time to roll her gacha.
