Get a Ford Crown Vic, user. They're extremely cheap to maintain/repair, you can find them for $3,000-$4,000, they can run well over 200,000 miles if you treat them right, and you get loud V8 noises too.

Assuming you're living in a decent town/city in the US - that's actually a decent money for only 23 years old.

Be smart with your money and you'll go places... I'm 32 and making less than 40k and in retrospective when I look back at what I could've done differently - I get upset at myself for not doing the smart thing.
