It's just spam frostbolt and then arcane cds, mana up, continue. I will say I'm not sure at all how to maximize dps when the sons come out. Just conserving mana and then blizzarding when tanks can take a while to get them all into the same spot kills dps for sure. Definitely don't have enough mana to keep fbing against sons and then get rag too after.

But yeah I think for my individual circumstances not being a tryhard, having a guild that isn't fully bis by any means, sometimes getting winters chill bumped off by mortal strike (lol) and shit that I have every reason to brah. Loot council IS the best with guilds comprised of people who have been raiding for months (if not years) and know each other well, or for guilds pushing content hard and doing tougher shit early (not a Veeky Forums guild).
On paper it's the best but in reality takes a LOT of fucking effort and dedication/time to make run smoothly. There is no chance in hell that a Veeky Forums guild has that kind of management.

Typically nope.
Keep in mind warriors are one of if not the #1 most populous class (mages may be #1 on nost/elysium due to gold selling) so guilds will already have plenty of warriors and only a few of those get to be tanks. However every warrior should be ready to offtank if needed and lots of them aren't, so you can make sure you let guilds know you're into that.
There are exceptions but normally guilds don't set out looking for a tank, they form around a tank, and only look for one when theirs is poached by some other guild.
Prot is very in-demand for 5mans, not so much for raids.
