If I level solely through invasions will I still have to complete every zone and do every dungeon quest to unlock world quests?

The only comfy zones in outlands are Zangarmarsh/Nagrand. Northrend is supremely comfy same with Pandaria/Draenor.

Not really desu. Almost every class has so much aoe and sustain that you can just work through it.
