She is only worth it if you got 1~2 hakus and a few other subs and inherits. She makes clearing Arena 3 easy.

I have almost all of the perfect team members (with the exception of having Carat instead of Facet) but I'm still not going to buy her, because I am far too casual and lazy to get around to max leveling and skilling all the subs before she drops out of the meta entirely.

3 hakus is alright though you would be better served by having one haku swapped out for utility/orb changers subs.

3haku and a double sbr sub (oku castor etc) is good enough to buy dathena. Do not expect to farm arena 3 unless you have the proper inherits, facet orochi Indra etc

I don't have facet, orochi, or indra, so I'm less likely to go for it

No she's a super easy lead to farm with. Most of pad is farming. She just happens to also be a great lead to farm A3 with that anyone can get.

Radra is the best but a bit harder to play than dathena and much more reliant on luck. Also they might dethrone him soon.
