7/10 bosses require that melee drool over the boss's ankles while mashing the buttons for their rotation and occasionally eating a cake or not standing in a beam or whatever

augur requires that melee stop being autistic for long enough to not run into each other and wipe the entire raid and every melee wants to be the one guy who can sit on the boss so they can parse

>decided that I don't want to pay for the skygolem mount, and i'll just farm the mats and make it myself
>take engineering on a character, level engineering and get mount recipe
>recipe requires 30 of a bop item that needs to be crafted and has a daily cooldown on it
>skygolem literally has a 30 day crafting time

Fuck, i should looked at the recipe more in depth beforehand.

Most of the time, you'll be taking Blessed Hammer. At around 30 percent haste, you'll always have a hammer to throw when other shit is on CD. In addition, you'll be proccing extra Avenger's Shields, which also fill gaps.

The helm is like the single best Aff Lock legendary available. Just pair it and anything else basically.

It's not hard, no. However, you'll get destroyed if you don't play it correctly. This usually comes in the form of blowing all your SOTR charges and having nothing to absorb a big hit. SOTR is not a part of your rotation, so don't just hit it whenever it's up. Save them for big incoming damage, while making sure to always keep one recharging. Also always keep at least one banked for AM mechanics.
As far as enjoyment, I love the ton of utility they provide to the raid. You can throw out spot heals on the raid, take a portion of your OT's damage when you're not actively tanking, etc. Also, we're not getting fucked in 7.2.5, so that's cool.

I was starting to get bored again, then I started PuG raiding, leveling my PvP rank to eventually, hopefully, get into RBG's at some point, collecting models for mogging, etc. and I'm fairly casual.

I argued with a guild mate about there being nothing to do in WoD, but when I step back and take inventory, I don't feel that way at all in Legion. Plenty of stuff to do.
