Well, I look at it this way: If someone cloned a human and made them into a vox for whatever reason, and said they would continue to do so, I probably wouldn't intervene as an AI, because the hams are not potent enough. I have no idea who this guy is, but I think it's kind of a cop out to say that because it falls into the trap of "If you are banned, you are insane and not capable of rational thought, therefore there's no point in seriously discussing this."

The issue with this statement is this: Let's say you're banned and you appeal, and someone makes this claim against you, citing your appeal as evidence of your insanity. You then back your position up with evidence, or are insistent that you'll improve. Then they use the fact that you spent the time to formulate a drawn out post with evidence or your insistence as proof that you are mentally ill and unhealthily attached to the community.

So regardless of circumstance or whether they actually are actually mentally ill, I think it's a cop out.

I was around when nevil played. He was incredibly robust and knew quite a few of the game's mechanics by heart. He was the ultimate greytider really. Thing is he played the game a lot. A. LOT. He also had several meta-friends he would play the game with. God forbid he got antag; the station would be blown to smithereens in no time. He hardly ever played anything other than assistant.
The server is actually better without him imo. No matter what role I was if I saw him I'd steer clear because he was either RPing with his friends in the bar or out murderboning.
