It's fucking beautiful when at night and from a far away distance.

i didn't see a way to run the benchmark in directx 9 this time around, did they remove that feature here? for whatever reason i have trouble running the directx 11 client when it comes to playing the actual game (an example being that there are certain moments in Zurvan where my screen will completely lock up, but only in dx11).

I remember bringing someone there back when I first started playing since it was one of the prettiest zones I'd seen so far and wanted to share that with them. A little while later, I found out that it's one of the places you go for the EB quest and just about died of embarrassment.

I think their general statement was "We don't want to make it exactly the same as FFX cause then why bother, but we don't want it to be too different cause then it's not really the Blitzball people wanted"

If you're just collecting junk as you're leveling, vendor it. Crafting can make you a lot of money, but it takes startup capital to get into in the first place. You can acquire this startup money by other means. If you do decide to start crafting, you can keep a stock of materials, but stuff is easy to get and right now (assuming you're sub level 50) you're not saving anything you can't get in a few minutes or off the marketboard for pennies later.
