Which is the best?
Which is the best?
GENESIS
Porsche
they're all shit, but of those 3, mercedes
Merc has the most fun options but is also the least reliable.
From Germany in General:
Too easy: Porsche, by a good margin.
If Luxury:
Merc, Audi and BMW are just wannabes. The S-class blows away anything by the other two.
Especially Audi, they're just VWs with a different badge. The German equivalent of Lincoln.
Which is too bead because pre90s Merc was known for their apocalypse proof built quality. Just look at all the 70s and 80's era Mercs that are still running in Africa.
Assuming we're talking about cars sold in the United States (no A-Class, A1, 1-Series, etc.)
Best sports cars: Porsche
Best luxury cars: Mercedes-Benz
Best sports sedans/coupes: BMW or Mercedes-AMG
Best interiors/highway cruisers: Audi
>ITT: busriders rate cars they've never even driven.
Mercedes>bmw>power gap>VAG
The Ultimate Driving Machine of course
This right here my nigga
>ultimate driving machine
>with wheels like 4 inches too large
hehe ur just mad u cant afford them ;))

18s too large on a M3 lmao ok
this
I'd rather have a Lincoln than an Audi desu
Qs someone who has actually owned all three I would recommend BMW for fun and Audi for comfort. Merc is in the middle. (if you compare like for like).
Most people in this thread are just spewing conjecture.
>poorfag BBS LMs

Official Rating:
Mercedes
BMW
....
Audi
Audi is cheapest to repair. Has the best interior design. Good 4wd, great all around car.
Merc for muh luxury, various tech features and comfyness.
BMW for sportyness, precise steering, superb iDrive system, doriftu.
so im not the only Veeky Forumstist with a black e60
>showing your license plate
so? there are like 3 people browsing Veeky Forums from my country lmao.
as for BMW/Benz/Audi:
I've owned all of them (my last car was a W211 and I work at a Merc dealership) and even though BMW interior designs may be lagging behind the sound insulation and ergonomics are still better than Merc or Audi in most cases.
BMW handling is superior to Audi and Benz but it compromises comfort a bit so if you are an old person a Mercedes would be best for you.
tldr If you care about driving pleasure get a BMW
easy
We all know this comes down to
>BMW M Division
>AMG
>RS Quattro
And M takes my top spot since it still offers manual transmissions.
Nope, there's you me and probably 1 other guy
Cool rims by the way
Urinocally this
Mercs are good luxury and retain their image as luxury brand.
Bmws often driven by idiots but actually good cars, compromise on performance/luxury, but a good compromise. Like honda with fwd.
Audi is just trash for trash people. Rich people sometimes drive them.
But 90% of audi drivers drive cheap garbage and pretend they're hot shit. I mean its same with bimmer and kinda with merc but bimmerfags atleast take theirs to the track adn bimmers are good.
30% of audi drivers pay like 4k for an quattro or an RS or some shit and sit in parking lots blasting music because they get their shit pushed in everywhere and that's all they can do. Or they buy a newer and shinier one for same money and pretend they're richfags and make pathedic passes at girls.
60% of audi fags are literal white trailer trash as europs can be. Live in fucking squalor wear wife beaters every day and are overall shit human beings. They think they are enlightened gentlemen for driving their 400 eur audi shitbox around and show up to streetrace meets to do fwd burnouts and when it is time to change locations and everyone arrives at the racing area, all audis mysteriously dissapear.
tl;dr audis are dogshit
>those wheels
>car slammed on broken suspension
Ultimate Scrape Machine more like it
> Has the best interior design
have you ever sat in a fucking Audi? stop talking out of your ass.
I'd buy a Mercedes all over these wannabe' s
This. 190e and 500e were the shit.
Aix
Ut
Dgain
Iony
that would be a nice car if the suspension wasn't broken and the wheels weren't chinkshit
Notice I said interior design, not build or material quality. While looks are subjective, Audi since 90s era made the best looking interiors. While Mercedes was good too, BMW was and remains shit in design till this day. Also layout of cockpit in Audi is really well thought out.
so much this.
can relate
I actually had an argument with poorfag audi fanboys where they were claiming FWD and AWD help you turn
in short audi fanboys are deluded
cost more than your shitbox
and still the fastest here 8)
*block you path*
>BMW was and remains shit in design till this day.
Nah you're just retarded
...
Closer, but wrong.
i dig the blob of a steering wheel
i also like how theres several unused button cutouts on an M5, paying for 'quality' over quantity I see.
yeah I know, if only it looked more like this basic bitch toyota interior right here
guess what retard i'm not the person you originally replied to that looks like garbage too, similar to all european cars
What car looks good then you stupid cunt? American cars have the worst interiors of all and japs luxury cars literally copy the germans
settle down fritz
Hey I'm not German but that actually looks pretty good
its not my favorite but I picked something I thought you'd like
I heard that Infiniti a shit. Is it just buttblasted Hans and friends?
Mercedes > BWM > Audi
It's a fact.
I'm a sucker for that stitched leather
Show us your favorite then
You sound like a fanboy. Bmw interiors are dogshit compared to merc/audi. Thats the compromise, you get a better driving experience at the expense of comfiness.
Speaking of basic bitch cars, you cant even get ventilated seats in the 3 series
>ultimate driving machine
>never able to drive because it's broken
>ventilated seats
rich people bullshit
If it was the 90's BMW, If it was the 70's Mercedes, If we were on Bizzaro earth where everything wrong is right and ever thing broken was considered fixed, Then Audi.
Yeah I'm a fanboy, loved bimmers since I was a little kid
What does that have to do with audi interiors being objectively worse? I'll grant that bimmers do in fact trade some comfort for speed and driving fun but I've never seen an audi interior that I thought was nicer than the interior of an equivalent class bimmer, can't say the same for merc though as they are on top of the interior game for most of their vehicles.
Also the 3 series is entry level, pretty sure you can't get ventilated seats on an entry level audi yeah?
Also no one gives a shit about ventilated seats anyway, would you take that audi interior I posted over the bimmer interior I posted simply because of ventilated seats? I highly doubt that. One extremely niche feature doesn't make up for cheap materials and bland design my friend.
Not those
that interior is a decade old
>kill
>marry
>fuck
That's the point, 2 decades old and still superior to any audi interior
Kill all German cars
Fuck Lexus
Marry Genesis
A lot of you faggots are talking about old era cars which is relevant to most as you would only buy used ones.
However current year offerings is a more important question.
My vote goes for BMW because they still make manuals.
Infinitis own if you want a daily but the paddle shifters are boring.
If they kept making stick shift cars I would buy one brand new - they are the closest thing America's luxury brands have to offer that are actually good.
/thread
wew. that was hard.
Aguante
>those lcd gauge clusters straight out of a ps2 game
quality indexes all show mercedes superior to beamers and most audi models (badged up shitty VW)
thats why people lease bmw, but buy merc or lexus
For an LCD display, its rather elegant.
You wanna talk video game shit then look at Audi's LCD screens.
Nah nigga, thats cheap looking as fuck
Nothing elegant about it
Tasteless fools are entitled to their shitty opinions.
lol that little tiny penis lever is probably the handbrake
You sound buttmad, not everyone is going to agree with you in life
Best balance
>Petrol BMW at home
>Diesel Benz at work
if you talking new, then Audi. Really athletic and comfy. New BMWs are dogshit aside from the Mcars. Mercedes is meh, hipster tier with their entry models for kids.
This is coming from an e34/e36/e46/e39/e38/ fan
But the new s4 doesn't have a clutch
How's their reliability compared to the Euros or Lexus?
I'm fine with paddle shifters since it'll be a daily drive but if I don't even get that much in reliability or upkeep then I might as well go euro for the extra snobbishness.
Literally the best interior
>driver oriented
>clean
>quality indexes all show mercedes superior to beamers and most audi models
KEK
i thought Ford was one of the last?
>new audis are athletic
>horribly balanced understeer mobiles
>extremely overweight
Yup and no retarded electronics clusterfuck or corny analog clock
The cars are only as good as the drivers. Bimmerfags where I live drive like their hot shit, but too afraid of going over 60 on surface streets, so their cars' potential is untapped
Audi, refer to pic related. These people shouldn't even be behind the wheel.
Porsche, too many soccer moms in Porsche Cayennes have made me dismiss them entirely.
Mercedes, best of the three.
so you only judge cars only by people who drive them? how about an actual objective evaluation?
This
Same lol
BTFO

looks good too bad the car itself is shit and the interior quality is awful
/THREAD
Audi when your 12
Mercedes when your 16
BMW when you are 22
you were close
but the e39 with aluminium trim and GPS
is the pinnacle of Interieur design
it offers all the features you demand from a modern vehicle
while still keeping the 90s simplicity and not falling for the current year meme of
trying to be luxurious and sporty at the same time through overdesign and exotic materials
like does
I dont like the navigation but yeah the aluminium trim is GOAT
>I dont like the navigation
I wouldn't wanna miss its functionality in a daily driver
a decent screen alone, just for selecting your music/radio station is worth the added clutter to me
and this one is clean and well integrated into the car unlike the modern ipads or giant bulges in the dash
I just bought an e39 facelift diesel for flipping and can confirm, the car has goat tier ergonomics.
This is coming from a 21 year old guy who has owned 15 cars
pic related my car
Lexus is the literal king of reliability so its hard to compare to them.
It kinda just boils down to if you respect Nissan or not - which is a meme to hate them on this board full of bus riders. People that actually grew up doing shit like 240sx engine swaps but went to college and got real jobs tend to get Infinitis. This should give you an idea of how rare that is.
But I personally always liked Nissan when it came to their engines. They get a bad rap but if you take care of them they are surprisingly reliable and work well enough for how cheap they are. But if you go Infiniti, get the coupe cause they do those stock V6 twin turbos for the lols. It's not like you'll be redlining 0-60 at every stoplight - people in Mustangs and entry level BMWs won't even realize what you're driving because it blends into traffic like an octopus.
Avoid the SUV stuff of course.
You can get ventilated seats on a4, c class, lexus is, and jaguar xe, all entry level. They're not that niche (even kias have it) and are godtier in the summer. Try them out friendo, nissan/infiniti are damn good for cooling.
After having tested almost all the entry level compacts, yea i would take the audi over bmw interior
The 6 series gran coupe is pure sex tho
>only one without a tablet bolted onto the dash is the Jag
Where did it all go wrong for ze Germans?
