In a perfect vacuum killing those characters is supposed to be the hitscan shitter's job.

Really though for characters like buck or lizard you can sometimes bait out their movement skills and then swoop in. Drogoz players like to mash F when their health starts to drop, especially if they have the card that resets thrust cooldown when their HP is low. Just follow them wherever they try to run and hit them as they land.

You can blink above them and shoot downwards. People have a very hard time hitting you when you're above them like that.
You'll also have to learn to predict your shots; observe the direction in which your opponent's strafing and try to predict where they'll be. You should almost always be aiming for the ground.

No, but fernando in general is shit now so there's no reason to play him

His ult is being cast faster now so it's easier to cuck Drogoz, but he got shitton of nerfs to his movement speed for example, his fireball no longer stacks damage while passing through enemies on default and shit passes through his shield sometimes now.

webm was when he was top-pick material, didn't get slapped with all those nerfs, and had the fireball stacking in his base kit

The problem is surviving that long. Even with Nando on the field the drogoz will probably use his ult on the healer or anyone else because you'll have long since been killed.
