I have 4 5* lvl 40 units, none of them have +x levels and I still get matched against +3 teams at worst, and I bet if I merged units opposition would get tougher.

That's still worse off than the other brave Hana build with desperation and escutcheon if you assume the enemies have fury and are +atk. Windspeed just isn't that good.

I ran into a full armor team with full hone/fortify. I was a little intimidated at first, but the 1 mov absolutely murders them. Even with pivot, they tend to funnel forward one at a time to be picked off by units against which they are weak. I'm starting to think reposition might be better than pivot for all armor teams because one unit may catapult another forward, with that catapulted unit retaining its turn to move and kill
