That's the new major update my dude. Changed how MM works and how artillery works.

Personally I like the new changes, even though now heavies are completely gimped by artillery.

What essentially happened was this to arty.

>Halved Damage
>Increased Aim Time
>Increased Accuracy
>Added new stun mechanic (About a 33% decrease to all crew member skills)
>Splash radius doubled

Also some of my clan mates are telling me that they reworked the reload times too? But I'm not too sure about that.

Also they made consumables multi-usable now. So you can use one every 90 seconds in a battle.

Also by increased aim time I meant that it's now a shorter aim time. I just think of increase as synonymous to improved when looking at stat changes. My bad.

It looks like the real tier 10 tank that should have come after the T-54 ltwt. I'm grinding up the Chinese light tank line right now just because the T-100 looks like a completely different playstyle from the T-54 ltwt and I don't really want to play with that trashy gun, whereas the top tier Chinese lights get awesome guns on top of the bullshit turret armor.

It's fun as fuck to ram other lights in. The gun truly is a chinese gun. I have bounced tier 10 td shells randomly and other times tiers 8s will pen the turret no problem. Still fun to drive and the cage is sexy

You wouldn't have to buy a 100% crew, since it's a premium tank and the crew trains hella fast. The tank is fun, and quite good as a light tank for missions, though it's not going to be the best value if you're not using it as a crew trainer for the line.

The ISU 122s is a slow, inflexible, turret-less piece of shit. Why would you buy that when you can go fast in a 122-44 and be less inflexible? Buy a SU 100Y if you must choose between if the 122-44 is no option.

I really like my STB, but I find that tier X matches are rather nerve-wracking, since the stakes are higher, the players are generally more wily, and there are a lot of really difficult to deal with tanks at that tier. I find myself struggling to compete against soviet meds that are demonstrably better by every metric, for instance.

Just make sure it's one you think you'll enjoy playing and that you find aesthetically pleasing. If you can wait, there are very rare instances when you can shave a percentage off that hefty silver price tag.
