Why is the ethnic cleansing against the German people after WWII not really recognized, even today? The Czechs and a handful of UN officials are the only ones who recognize it as a forced population exchange and treat it as a crime against humanity. It's not even a popular policy in the Czech Republic.
I can understand wanting revenge against them in the immediate aftermath of WWII, but in 2009 Poland protested a museum that was to commemorate the victims.
