Let's see... When I'm feeling run down energy-wise, three things that tend to help me stay on track are listening to music, eating something filling and satisfying, and, quite frankly, setting aside some time to work off sexual tension (I tend to get really easily distracted if I don't set aside time for that). There comes a point where the only reasonable thing to do is to start catching up on sleep. In essence, be mindful of what your body is trying to tell you and what you know is helpful and what is harmful to it.

As for availability, I tend to be actively on the computer from when I wake up 'till about 2 in the afternoon PST (seems to be the time I keep setting aside to take care of homework). I'd normally get back on about five or six hours later, but this Friday I'm going to be attending an art show as part of a small critique assignment, so I can't say when I'll get back on then.
