Anything with Noise Reduction can work. Paint.Net also has that feature under the Effects, then Noise tab. It's a free download as well, just google it

It won't do a lot of fancy things on it's own but it'll help at least. Pirating PS is also an advantage as well.

Generally it's not too hard, as long as you try to shoot for quests that stack well together. I also have a pretty good feeling that quests give more peaches when you already have a lot. I don't know that for sure, but it always feels like the number of peaches given in quests take a hit after I buy a forging orb or something.

Also, what said helps. Being in a clan that participates in clan pvp gives bonuses to the number of peaches ya get. You can also try to farm during the hot times for the event, although there's gonna be a ton of people online. You basically have to be at the event bosses when they spawn, otherwise you'll miss em
