Your flash has about a 6 million times longer cooldown, as in, it's worth a lot more to save when you need two dashes to live or when your dash is on cooldown and you need to escape to live.

She's very fun, the thrill of kiting, slowing, silencing and healing (if you're escorting someone) while being chased or chasing (like that one ARAM game team had to protect me from Hecarim). Not the most fun though.

I know about Q'ing the chickens for regen, but even still, my clears took way too long and I lost way too much health in the early levels, to the point i couldn't even gank.
The enemy Sion jungler didn't get any successful gank and yet he was 1-2 levels ahead of me just by farming his camps, and he only stole one early raptors camp during the first 20 minutes.

why would it work better on jhin than on the PoC of infinite damage and mobility
