So my old Bravely Default save was in the 000fd500 folder, but now that I got it again on a new 3ds, it's in a 000fc500 folder and won't let me restore it in JKSM. Is there any way to bypass this, or do I have to reinstall a different region copy to restore it

I program for a living and seeing how the homebrew community views and believes (or does not) it has to handle this themselves rather than just be about homebrew/applications is what convinces me to contribute or avoid.

In this case I'm impressed with /hbg/ for staying in line with the 4chins traditional culture when all of Veeky Forums hasn't even held up as well.

i just set the home menu to a red theme and next time i tried installing it worked. guess it needed to 'generate' the home menu customisation files.

I have to be honest, as someone who's primarily a fan of IPs and not console makers, but have owned every Sony console, this is what I've come up with.

Sony seems to use consoles to push technologies, because as long as the adoption rate is high enough they'll profit from other industries they hold as a result. So DVDs, Bluray, higher quality cheap LCDs, OLED, etc.

So I think their consoles are designed first around that and second around meeting market. They do most of their market work in deals with developers/publishers as opposed to the hardware.

I hope they do another handheld because I absolutely loved the PSP and Vita. I have the Yakuza PSP games imported and I still play them regularly as well as Legacy of Kain titles on Vita.
