Just did a little testing with the Sicario perk deck and ICTV.

Turns out, you can use it with heavy armor builds, but it kinda becomes like a less effective Kingpin.

The smoke grenade giving you the 100% dodge chance combined with the insta armor regen upon dodging is essentially like the invincibility that the injector gives you. Both "throwables" have their own cooldown reduction conditions.

While Kingpin gives you a straight up 80% extra health bonus, Sicario gives you that stacking 20% dodge chance every time you get shot, and you gotta get hit quite a few times in ICTV since it has negative dodge.

Thoughts on the Castigo (new revolver)

The ammo pickup is pretty trash and you can't put any laser/sight/silencer on it

They're fun, but the ammo needs a buff yes.

Did they fix that Hitman bug? Might remedy the ammo issues and not stick you with such a garbage deck.

Whoever said 100% dodge in smoke is a correct in a way, you can only have 100% when wearing a suit.

The optimal build is to wear a LBV and maximize the armor; you can have 25% base dodge.

Last perk in Sicario increases the base dodge chance in smoke to 60%, and also doubles other perks in the deck, including the base 10% dodge increase. So in smoke you would have 60% + 25% + 10% = 95% dodge chance before the "on hit" buff.

While sprinting you have 35% base dodge chance and each dodge regenerates armor, so it's beneficial to have as much total armor as possible.

I've only found the smoke bomb to be especially useful when throwing it at a downed player so you don't take too much damage while reviving them (assuming you don't have inspire)

When you use deckstravaganza and get 190% dodge the cops miss so bad that they shoot themselves and each other

ICTV gives you negative dodge, so you'd actually have to get shot a lot to make that work.

It gives -55 base dodge, but in stats it can't go below 0. So is it hidden 55 or is it minimum 0?

Actually, ICTV gives you -50% of dodge chance, everytime you get shot with sicario you gain 20% dodge chance, so getting shot 3 times gets you on 10% dodge.

I tested with ICTV and CTV

CTV can get full benefit from Sneaky Bastard while ICTV can't.

So I'm at 5% dodge with CTV and I dodge far more often than with ICTV that is supposedly at 0% but in reality -55%.

Tested on normal difficulty while letting cops hit me for several minutes.

Something is wrong with Sicario

I only see one dodge increasing perk which gives +10%, but the deck actually gives +20%.

I just Tested it on Safe house Raid - OVK

First some math:
-55% Dodge from ICTV
+20% dodge from the deck leaves us with -35% dodge
Everyrime you get hit you get 20% dodge until you do dodge, when you do, all your armor regenerates, and you can't dodge any shot for 4 seconds.

Also the smoke from the grenade gives you an extra 10% dodge while being inside it.

So you just keep fighting, if you are unlucky and you're running out of armor, pop a nade and that should guarantee a succesful dodge, restoring your armor to keep fighting

on overkill i just got downed once, by a dozer punching me in the face, but it seems solid as an armor option too.

Haven't tested on OD, but those 4 seconds of cd might just make it not viable for that difficulty, In spite of that i find it to be a fun alternative to anarchist.

The question is whether the 50% chance to avoid bullets from first perk means +50% dodge or just that half the bullets disappear

Takes like 5-6 shots to reliably get a dodge out of it.
