Not sure how to fix your problem, but you should know that setting textures to low makes the game run like ass. Other settings may behave similarly when low, I'm not sure.

It is missing textures it seems. It works replacing the angel halo but I couldn't seem to get it the black color by editing it. Tenkaichi 2 has a better z-item system, combat feels a tad tighter, unlocking characters was more efficient, soundtrack is much more memorable. Tenkaichi 3 had about 30 more characters but Tenkaichi 2 already had like 80 or 90, so Tenkaichi 3 was really beginning to stretch things.
