Now that I think about it, all of them really. A lot of the kisses have kind of wide shots and aren't in very intimate/private spaces, whereas all of Solas' are. He's got a hard advantage over most of the romances.

Cullen's is pretty cute too but mostly because of timing, otherwise they're just kinda randy

That's true, the scenes are pretty detailed. If you use the flycam, you can see that Solas and Lavellan hold hands for the whole time in Crestwood and he pushes his leg between her thighs when they kiss in the Fade version of Haven

They hold hands at the end of Trespasser, too, when they kiss. Solas cups her cheek and holds her normal hand while he takes the Anchor.
