First, I'll tell you the easiest trick in the book. Dark Fencer and Sarah. Combine Delay and Gravity together, and Leviathan Omega's ougi will synchronize with Sarah's entire kit. She'll take 1k~2k worth in damage each time.
Your team comp seems similar to mine, except where you had Soriz, I had Sarah as my 2nd dirt SSR. I assume your basic strategy is to have Jamil deflect aggro towards Soriz to assist his counters, while Laguna delays/drains ougi for the team, yes? I suggest you swap to Holy Saber to take up Sarah's role. It'll be tough though.

I think you should worry about surviving rather than doing damage. You need to survive Perilous fucking Tidefall. You could use Substitute and Phalanx to effectively negate the ougi. Jessica's blind will only help against the normal attacks. If you want, pair Jessica with Airi and pray charm activates at each ougi.
